Sanki devlet yardım ediyormuş gibi hibe veriyor ama maliyeti şişirerek tüm bedelini yine vatandaşa ödetiyor. Hatta ince hesap yapılsa birileri de iyi kar ediyordur.

Kullandıkları malzeme belli , arsa parası ödemeyecek . Toplu konutta maliyetler şu dolar kuruna göre metrekareye 30 bin yapmaz. Bu mümkün değil. Ama talan ekonomisti öyle hesaplamış olabilir
