Burada allah kendi indirmediği hükümlerin de varlığını kabul etmiş olmaktadır. Örneği demokrasi , sekülerizm, medeni hukuk , cumhuriyet, sosyalizm.. bütün bunları allah " ben yaratmadım " diyerek başka yaratıcıların varlığını peşinen kabul etmiştir.
Ve çağlarboyu hep gösterdi ki allahın hükmü hep ezik kalmıştır.
