Çin düşüncesinde varlık ve yokluğu tanımlayan kavram çifti.
Özellikle "yu ile wu'nun birbirlerini vücuda getirdiklerini" söyleyen La Tzu'dan sonra, bu iki kavram birbirlerine karşılıklı olarak bağımlı olan, çelişik bileşenlerden meydana gelen bir kavram çifti oluşturmuştur.
Varlığın yokluktan varlığa geldiğini öne süren Taoizmde yokluk varlıktan daha temel iken, Konfüçyusçulukta bunun tam tersi geçerliydi.
